Each card is a prompt: add links, swap icons, rewrite descriptions, or turn a category into its own page.

“Surveillance” sightings

Resources FAQ

Quick answers to common beginner questions as you practice.

Where should I start if I’m brand new?

Start with Pages & structure, then practice Blocks & patterns. Build one simple page, then iterate.

Should I use patterns or build from scratch?

Use patterns to learn faster—then edit them. Patterns are a great way to understand layout and spacing without starting from zero.

How do I keep images accessible?

Add descriptive alt text that explains what the image shows (or mark decorative images as decorative when appropriate).

What’s the difference between posts and pages?

Pages are timeless (About, Contact). Posts are timely and usually appear on the Blog page in reverse chronological order.

Why does my layout look different on mobile?

Many blocks stack on smaller screens. Preview responsive views and adjust spacing, column widths, and image focal points.

How do I undo changes safely?

Use the editor’s undo/redo and revisions. For bigger changes, duplicate a page or save a draft before publishing.
